I have been managing IT projects since 2005 which is also when I earned the industry-recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).Throughout my career, I have provided project leadership for leading corporations including AAA, Bank of America, Ford Motor Company, Ally Financial, Domino’s, and DTE Energy. I have operated within highly structured enterprise PMOs, as well as environments with no pre-existing project management framework at all.To complement my hands-on experience, I hold an MBA with a dual concentration in Marketing and Strategic Management, as well as a Master of Science in Information Management, which deepens my technical acumen across a diverse range of modern technologies.Technical project management requires me to be a “jack of many trades” and master of one: project delivery! Because of my exposure to so many different projects and companies, I continuously have a frame of reference to guide my stakeholders throughout the project life cycle regardless of the technology involved.I bring with these many years a “toolkit” that I reach into for every engagement. I also rely on proven fundamental project management processes that consistently drive success.
